Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Products must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for adult diapers, opened acupuncture mats, used massage items, or other personal care products.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours after placing your order.

  • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

  • We do not process item-for-item exchanges. If you require a different product, please make a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
